RULES:

The festival is open to everyone.
Underage students will be required to provide a certificate of schooling, parental authorization and a duly completed liability waiver.
The participants declare by their inscription to be medically fit to practice dance together.
The responsibility of all the volunteers of the association Couleurs Caraïbes Tahiti and the TAHITI LATIN DANCE FESTIVAL can not be held liable for any material or bodily injury caused or suffered by any person, during the courses in days and evenings.

The organizers reserve the right to modify the TAHITI LATIN DANCE FESTIVAL at any time without notice. In case of insufficient staff, the Association Couleurs Caraïbes Tahiti reserves the right to cancel the festival: registered persons will be notified by mail.

In case of withdrawal, the amount of registration will not be refunded.

An inscription will be validated only if it is complete: Completed form and payment of the total amount of the formulas chosen to the order of "ASSOCIATION COULEURS CARAÏBES TAHITI".

In case of non-payment of the total amount due, no refund will be possible or possible postponement on a festival or a following course.

The registration is definitive once settled and to the extent of places available at the time of validation.
